When you upload assets to Asetra, you retain full ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant Asetra a license to:

• Display and distribute your assets on our platform
• Use thumbnails and previews for marketing purposes
• Process and store your content on our servers

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are made using your wallet balance. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are available within 30 days if the asset doesn't match its description or has technical issues.

5. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you must:

• Only upload original work or content you have rights to distribute
• Provide accurate descriptions and previews of your assets
• Ensure your assets are free from malware and viruses
• Respond to buyer questions and support requests
• Not upload illegal or infringing content

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading copyrighted material without permission
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating ratings
• Attempting to circumvent our payment system
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
• Distributing malware or harmful code

7. License Terms

When you purchase an asset, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset in your personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the asset. The license is perpetual and includes free updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time, but purchased assets and sales history will be retained according to our data retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Asetra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Asetra after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
